Due to the nature of our products (food and wellness items), we do not accept returns once the product is opened, used, or tampered with. However, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, leaking, or defective at the time of delivery.
The product received is incorrect or does not match your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at kavyashree.imp@gmail.com, along with your order number and clear photos of the product received.
Refunds are processed in the following situations:
The returned product is verified as damaged or incorrect.
The order is canceled before it has been shipped.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

We do not offer product exchanges. However, if you received a damaged or wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost once the issue is verified.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used products
Products with broken seals or damaged packaging (after delivery)
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts
